Swan Lake Portland Theatre reviews
waited to long for her to come out not cool
"I thought it would be a stronger performance because it was in New York, I've seen Swan Lake in Brooklyn and in New Orleans before but those shows were far better. The show itself was so average and seemed blah... I love her normally but was not impressed this time around. It was an "ok" show. I definitely did not like waiting for 1.5 hours... the artist something "luke" (cant remember his name) did a horrible job keeping the crowd occupied while we waited for her. No one is worth waiting over an hour for. I thought maybe Jay Z would surprise us in one of their collab songs but that didn't happen. She lost my support on that. That was not cool at all and for that I would not go to another one of her concerts. Maybe it was weak because it was the last show on tour and they were all tired...."
Miranda rocks!!!
I thought the show was amazing. Swan Lake rocked the house as she always does! Her voice sounded incredible, and she is sweet and fun at the same time. I wish I had checked the seating chart before purchasing tickets. I didn't know about the pit area and would have preferred those tickets instead of the seated ones I got, which were behind the pit. When I received my tickets stating "5th row," I believed I would be 5 rows back from the stage, but we were actually quite far back. Fortunately, we could stand to the side of the pit and still enjoy the show.
